Vicky is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of  Australia.

Vicky has over 30 years’ accounting, auditing and corporate governance experience, including senior positions in a number of listed companies and audit manager for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. In addition, Vicky has gained professional experience while living and working in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

Vicky is the current Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Company Secretary of ASX listed Kiland Ltd and Elixir Energy Limited, and NSX listed Asset Resolutions Ltd, and provides CFO services to Benjamin Hornigold Ltd.”

Her previous roles include Company Secretary and/or CFO for a number of listed companies: Safety Medical Products Ltd, Centrex Metals Ltd, Adelaide Energy Ltd, Enterprise Energy NL, Red Gum Resources Ltd, Rampart Energy Ltd and Island Sky Australia Ltd, as well as a number of unlisted companies. In her role as Company Secretary, Vicky has also assisted a number of companies to list on the ASX and NSX.

Group Accountant: Maddy Dilhani

Maddy joined the team in 2021 after first spending 3 years at KPMG in Sri Lanka and then a further 6 years in manufacturing, trading, and services sectors in both Sri Lanka and Australia. She has experience in many areas including liquor manufacturing and trading, livestock export, waste management & shared services. Maddy Holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management specializing in Accountancy, which she completed with First Class Honours. Maddy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and Associate member of CPA Australia. She is fluent in both  Sinhalese and English.

Assistant Accountant: Caroline Simpson 

Caroline is a self motivated and competent financial and administration officer. She joined the team in 2018 with 30 years of finance experience under her belt. Caroline has worked in a diverse range of industries including tourism, construction, baking products, and most recently at a not-for-profit disability organisation as the accounts team leader, overseeing the disability services, budgeting and reporting of 27 houses . Caroline is currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Finance. She provides bookkeeping services and leadership to the administration team here at Allinson Accounting Solutions.
